The Business Office handles several incoming telephone calls each day. If you are unable to reach a Patient Account Representative directly, please utilize our voicemail system. All inquiries are important to us and will be responded to within one business day.
Your Hospital BillYour hospital bill includes charges for services provided by the hospital. These services include nursing care, room, meals, housekeeping and linen services. In addition, it may include services ordered by your physician such as, laboratory tests, X-rays and medical supplies. The hospital bill does not include charges for professional services rendered by your physician, consulting physicians or hospital-based specialists such as anesthesia, radiologists, pathologists, etc. A separate bill from these providers will be sent to you.
