| The Risk Management Department plans, develops, administers and monitors the Risk Management Program for the hospital. The Risk Management Department reviews, investigates and files all reportable events to the Department of Health (DOH) in accordance with Public Health Law. All occurrences are tracked and trended by risk management personnel. |
