Huron Medical Center has the following excellent opportunities available, due to expanding services:

Certified/Non-Certified Surgical Technician and/or LPN Surgical Technician
Full-Time Certified/Non-Certified Surgical Technician and/or LPN Surgical Technician.  Candidate must be a graduate of accredited school of practical nursing or accredited school of surgical technology.  Licensed as a LPN without restrictions or national certification as surgical technician without restrictions.  Candidate must have two years experience as a surgical technician.

Clinical Assistant
Full-time, part-time and Casual Clinical Assistant.  Candidate must be a graduate of accredited school of practical nursing or completion of medical assistant program is required, with certification preferred.  Licensure or certification is to be maintained.  Phlebotomy and billing strongly preferred. Customer Service and the ability to work well under pressure, to function dependently and independently and to be flexible in applying knowledge to a variety of settings involved with this position.


Clinical Manager (House Supervisor)
This is an excellent opportunity for the RN who desires to pursue a career in leadership and management.  Great position for those who want a supplemental 2nd income.  Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse of Michigan.  In hospital experience preferred.

Central Registration Clerks
Part-time Central Registration Clerks to work variable shifts.  Customer service and computer skills required.  Prior hospital or physician office registration experience and medical terminology a plus.

Histology Tech (Casual)
Casual with variable hours.  Candidate must have graduated from an approved Histology program and be eligible for or be certifieid by the ASCP.  Computer knowledge required.

Medical Technologist
Candidate must be a graduate of approved medical technology program.  One year of professional laboratory experience performing high complexity testing is preferred, alternatively a minimum of 6 to 12 months of laboratory experience as an intern within a formal laboratory setting.  Successful completion of the National Registration as a Medical Technologist within a 6-month period post internship.

Medical Laboratory Technician
Candidate must be a graduate of approved medical technology program.  One year of professional laboratory experience performing high complexity testing is preferred, alternatively a minimum of 6 to 12 months of laboratory experience as an intern within a formal laboratory setting.  Successful completion of the National Registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician within a 6-month period post internship.

Physical Therapist
Great opportunity for a new graduate. You will gain experience in acute care, acute inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedics.  Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy
program.  Must be licensed in the state of Michigan as a Physical Therapist.

Registered Nurse
Candidate must have a current licensure by Michigan Board of Nursing without restriction.  New graduates are welcome.
